Q.

#AskTheExpert I gave a vaginal Birth on Aug 11 2022... my baby is 1.5 months old now... can u pls suggest when can I start my postpartum workouts.. and I'm a breast feeding mom

A. You can start light exercises after 5-6 weeks of delivery. But, make sure to begin with basic workout and do not do rigorously. Focus more on breathing and Yogasanas or brisk walking kind of workouts. Whenever you feel uncomfortable, stop and do only for 10-15 minutes initially then gradually increase the time.
