Q.

#AskTheExpert I exclusively breastfeed my 2 month old son. Can my eating chocolate be the cause of his constipation.

A. Hi..well you can take chocolate in moderate amount..better to have white chocolate..as it contains low caffeine. Some babies do have reactions to certain foods If you do find that your baby is reactive after eating chocolate, it may be the caffeine.

A. Hi you should eat every thing but in limited quantity..You should have healthy and balanced diet ..Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet specially greens leafy veggies, have milk and milk products, Include grains and dal and drink lots of water.

A. Hello dear No it won’t cause any constipation but in my case wenever i had chocolates then my baby used to take out milk but its not same in everyone’s case..So I would suggest you to observe after having a piece or chocolate
