#AskTheExpert I delivered in month of August but I didn't periods menstrual cycle

A. it's totally fine and no need to worry you can wait till one year after delivery for your periods to occur till then no medication is needed take good nutrition and proper sleep along with adequate water intake

A. hi ..Periods do return after some time depending on your hormones, health condition, and breastfeeding. In the case of breastfeeding women, it can take more than six months for the first period to occur after delivery. If a period does not occur even after eight to nine months, consult your gynaecologist.
