I baby is suffering from diarrhea.
he get diarrhea at every 15 - 20 days
3 times he got admitted in hospital due to dehydration.
diarrhoea is watery and sour smell.
then I check his LFT
AND found sgpt, sgot and alkaline phosphate increased.
what should I do?

Loose motions usually may be caused by any infection which may be associated with symptoms like fever and vomiting apart from increased frequency of motion which may be watery. in this symptomatic treatment is given along with management of dehydration. If there is case of vomiting can give domstal for now.
If loose motions are associated with foul smell or mucus it could be bacterial infection which need proper antibiotic treatment that could be decided by the consulting pediatrician .
for now you can start giving probiotic like enterogermina 2 times a day. 
Avoid any kind of maida containing food or junk food and give only moong daal khichdi ,curd rice ,coconut water etc. Avoid giving excess of milk ,you can also give banana which will help. Giving ORS solution and more of water will compensate for thfdahe loss of liquids in the body.

how many days should entrogemia be given? 
mother milk should be avoid? 
he only feed mother milk, banaya , moong daal khicdi. 
one doctor also suggested me to avoid milk. 
doctor said he is allergy from milk.
