top food can be intorduced once baby compleletes 6 months of age
once you go to work you can extract your milk, keep it in fridge and someone can feed him in katori and spoon

it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths..
u may use Babyhug electric breast pump to express milk and store..
as baby may hv in ur absence...
