#AskTheExpert I am taking leptaden 2-2-2 in a day. Yet I am not having sufficient milk flow which disappoints my lo and he doesn't have proper feed. He is on ebf. Please guide what I can do.

please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
massage your breasts with coconut oil
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
stay stress free
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
