#AskTheExpert I am still feeding my son on my own. he is slow and fussy eater. I want him to start eating by his owns hands. infact milk also I m still spoon feeding as he is not ready to drink in the glass by himself. please doctor suggest something so that he can get trained for eating by his own as physical schools mandatory will start in few months

A. Hi dear mom.. Start giving finger food (samll bites) as self feeding encourages eating.. Give milk and water in colourful and attractive sippy cups like babyhug sippy cups so that baby sucks it himself. Make eating fun..
