#AskTheExpert I am padma aged 34 female having urinal infection before and during my pregnancy period and take medication for same but not completely cured and now after 1yr of pregnancy I am suffering from urinal problem that I am unable to stop my urin my urin gets leaked please suggest what to do

Hi Mom Take plenty of water and calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Take adequate water Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
