A. Are you in breast feeding phase if yes then it can be lactational amenorrhea otherwise you need to consult your gynaecologist start doing physical exercise five days a week start with walk avoid junk and packed foods gave salads leafy vegetables and protein in diet

A. First you should take a pregnancy test if that is negative than either you are having hormonal imbalance or PCOD or PCOS issues as you are extremely common with women these days so I think you have to have a full physical assessment with your doctor one time
