#asktheexpert I am not lactating according to my baby's need. can I feed formula? it yes which brand is the best. please suggest

A. dear mum, ideally you should not feed formula. if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams of weight per month then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed.
