#AskTheExpert I am not having period on time after my first delivery. I had done all the test told by gynaecologist doctor but still my problem is not resolved. What should I do ?

You can start taking hormones depending on your needs and tolerability.
After 3-6 months usually the cycles will become regular.
So consult your gynecologist and take them

it's ok to have no period or irregularities in periods after delivery
please breast feed her more as per hr demand
keep yourself well hydrated
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
