#asktheexpert i am not exposing my sun to the sun but we are giving daily 1 ml D vitamin supplement. Is it sufficient or need to expose the my baby upto 6 months

A. Vitamin D is good and I don’t think so you’re meant to give 1ML in a day I think you’re giving heavy dosage to the child secondly yes it is important to give time to the child but if you do not want to give it is totally your choice because Sunny is a rich richest source of vitamin D and it’s very healthy for the child to be exposed to indirect sunlight
