Itching during pregnancy may be related to either dryness or dehydration for which you can use a good moisturizer and have adequate liquid intake . secondly it may be related to kidney function or liver functen which needs to be investigated properly

It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
