Q.

#AskTheExpert I am in my 30 weeks. I have piles problem and it is increasing as the pregnancy grows. I am not able to push back the skin in the anal area and it is paining too much. I don't have any constipation and strain while passing stool. Please help what should I do now?

A. Drink plenty of fluids. Water is a good choice. Prune juice also can help.Include physical activity in your daily routine. Being active can help prevent pregnancy constipation.Include more fiber in your diet. Choose high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains.
