#AskTheExpert I am in my 28th week of pregnancy what are the excercise should I do for my normal delivery and what is the normal weight of the baby in 28 weeks

A. Around 800 g to 1200 g will be the average weight for the baby at 28 weeks of pregnancy. Even doing regular household chores and regular walking is more than enough for the vaginal delivery to happen.

A. Stand with your feet a stride apart (a bit wider than shoulder-width) with arms by your side. Contract your pelvic floor muscles and then lift your arms above your head as you inhale. As you exhale, bend your arms and knees, lowering your hips as far as is comfortable and stretching out your fingers.
