Q.

#AskTheExpert I am in 37th week of pregnancy. My baby's head is down but not down enough to deliver. What should I do so that I can have normal delivery?? My doc has adviced me to wait for few more weeks for natural labour pain. Please recommend yoga or anything that would help me asap. Thanks!!

A. start doing regular daily walking twice a day along with kells exercise and squats for a few times in a day which will help but don't take care to have regular follow up with your doctor about the condition
