Q.

#AskTheExpert I am havint twin babies boy and girl. They are now 18months old. Their weight was normal as per their age. But boy is not gaining fat. he looks like somewhat thin. Can anyone tell me how to make my boy chubby or to gain fat? 😊

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and in that pattern only the weight gain will be present It also depends upon the diet the child is taking so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child the child's play full and not falling ill again and again do not worry much about the weight of the child

A. Hi parent please give daily massage and sun light exposure please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
