#asktheexpert I Am having rectal fistula from 8 months probable due to perineal tear during delivery and piles from 10 years...fistulotomy and piles surgery was performed at 13 april 2022 but now i am having a little open wound at fistula site and sometimes leakage of gas through vagina....Is it serious condition or not to worry??????

A. Leakage of. . . .. . . .gas from vagina is a separate issue but if you have fistula in ano you need proper treatment consult with a ksharusutra surgeon
