Q.

#asktheexpert I am having nasal congestion from 7 months of pregnancy. Only in the night I use Otrivin oxy and in the evenings I will put Nasoclear and Vicks. Will I get a rebound congestion once the baby is born due to Otrivin?

A. Once you have rebound congestion, the most important thing to know is that it won't go away as long as you keep using the spray. And once you stop using the spray, the resulting congestion can take a week or longer to go away. Lastly, depending on how long you've been using the spray, quitting cold turkey can be tough.
