A. Yes I can completely understand it is never easy to lose any kind of it and after a baby the baby fat is too much to lose so I will tell you one idea that normally works with a lot of women but you have to be very honest with yourself when you do it so it’s very simple go ahead with doing intermittent fasting I believe that’s going to be the right thing that is going to help you start with at least 12 hours minimum and go for 16 hours and do some kind of diet in between and exercising so that your weight is going to reduce down over the periodWrite Your Answer Here
