Q.

#AskTheExpert I am feeding 2 scoops of cerelac at lunch time followed by 60 ml of formula milk. this seems to be sufficient for my baby of 6 months 4 days. what else can I introduce at this stage? can I feed cerelac at night as well?

A. hello. At 6 months, baby needs one meal only. introduced vegetables puree eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Hello mom Yes you can give it twice a day. Rather than this in starting give everything in a food from like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree and with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
