A. study said that pfizer morderna nd johnson vaccine qre safe for lactating mother. many foreign countries used them.but study report yet not cleared about covax n covishield.If u r engaged in emergency service u can get vaccine better consult with doc.One thing if live virus didn't pass through breastmilk,then how inactivated virus can pass?

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Mostly doctors are recommending not to take vaccination if you are a breastfeeding mother. Because there are not much study is available till now which can prove that it is totally safe to get vaccinated if you are a lactating mother or during pregnancy. So you should definitely avoid taking vaccination till you are breastfeeding your baby
