#AskTheExpert I am breastfeeding my baby boy of 4 months. I am getting blood in motion from the past 5 days, which may be due to heat in my body.what can I do to prevent blood in my motion.How to reduce heat in my body while breastfeeding.

A. Hi mom It may be piles or fissure Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Stay hydrated Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take fibre rich diet papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products etc Give adequate water Maintain hygiene
