Q.

#asktheexpert I am a second time mother and my newborn is 1 month old. He is always hungry and sleeps while feeding. Sometimes I feel my breast milk is not enough and I have to give formula as I get tired. please suggest .

A. It’s okay if you don’t have sufficient feeding give him formula is not a problem it’s completely safe but if you’re willing to increase your feeding for the child and you can take any good lactation supplement which will help in boosting your child
