It's because of hormonal Imbalance as well
Take sunbath daily
Walk more
practice yogasana
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Use more probiotics millets and citrus fruits in diet.
Don't.over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics
