#asktheexpert I am a breastfeeding mom of 3 months old delivered normally. I am facing a lot of acidity and hot stomach issues since 2-4 weeks along with frequent mouth ulcers. Is this normal? Any medicine/supplement which I can take?

Start taking B complex that is going to be good for you to accept as of now that’s going to help in reducing down half of your problems but you have to consult your doctor as well because if the problem of acidity and all is increasing after delivery it’s better to ask your doctor for proper medication
