#AskTheExpert I am 8 weeks pregnant . I had pregnancy symptoms like bloating , constipation , high morning sickness until 7 weeks . I don’t feel any of them now . I am worried

A. Hello good morning !! Don't worry bloating,gas , Constipation, digestion issues, frequent urination , nausea, morning sickness are common in initial weeks for few it lasts through out first trimester for few doesn't have any symptoms too. Have Balanced diet with more water, fluids , healthy foods , read good books,have some personal time for any Hobby (music, movie time,art,gardening) have good sleep .
