#AskTheExpert I am 8 months pregnent, my baby in the womb is sitting with head upside. To get normal delievry what are the best way/excersise to make my baby change the position?

A. The baby keeps moving in the abdomen even up to 36 weeks of pregnancy and even after 36 weeks of pregnancy if the babies position hasn’t changed then it won’t change afterwards provided all of the parameters are normal. The exercises don’t really help in turning the baby and to be done under medical supervision only Write Your Answer Here

A. well this is breech and in modt casee it eill rotate ok so relax and taje lots of warer as that will help you in that. try to stay activr too
