Q.

#asktheexpert I am 8 month pregnant . I have low haemoglobin and have trouble while sleeping. No sound sleep. what can I do resolve these two issues

A. It is not necessary that your haemoglobin is low which is why you are unable to sleep during the time of pregnancy from the time of 7 to 9 months a lot of women suffer with an issue of insomnia so you should just have a nice warm milk before you go to sleep and do some meditation and also relax your mind once you reduce down your stress and anxiety you will be able to sleep better
