#AskTheExpert I am 5months postpartum now and haven't yet started on my menstrual cycle. Is it normal? If yes, how much more should I wait before consulting doctor

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then it is ok to have lactational amenorrhea .. so u need not worry about it but use contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancy
