it depends on the weight ,you have at time of conception.
I mean , ideally ,one can gain around 8 to 12 kg weight during whole pregnancy.
so it is normal.
please take homemade healthy high protine , vitamins,iron and calcium rich diet.
your diet should contain green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, different legumes and lentils , different dry fruits,nuts , dairy products etc.
