#AskTheExpert I am 20 weeks pregnant and the fetal weight is 330 gm... my doctor said the weight is very low. is it right? and what should I eat for my baby's weight gain??

A. eat protein rich food and drink plenty of water. take doctor prescribed prenatal vitamins

A. hi yes,it is low to increase, i would suggest to take high protine food items in your diet. take different pulses ,egg , ragi ,nuts,milk and milk based products etc more
