#asktheexpert howmuch water required for 2.5 year kids in summer season.and which food can give in this season

A. Hello mom as per the climate a few sips throughout the day is good enough for the child . Avoid fried and refined foods to them . Instead prefer natural foods such as seasonal fruits , juices , mild spiced foods as well . Give coconut water , cucumber , salads etc .
