A. Dear Mamma, WHO recommends Breastfeeding till minimum two years and beyond. The natural weaning age is seven years. The longer you breastfeed the better for you and your baby physically emotionally and financially in the short term and long term. Please continue to breastfeed as long as baby and you are comfortable.

A. good afternoon you have to introduce top milk to your baby and at the same time you need to reduce the number of times your feeding the baby with your milk and if it is not working then you need to start applying neem on your nipple
