if your doctor has prescribed this medicine than go ahead can administer this medicine but
it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because they have got side effects.
it is advisable that youx should visit your doctor for that.
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication

You have to use it only if it is advised by a doctor otherwise you can go for nasal clear drops to clean your baby’s nose it is one of the best and totally safe for babies. And if your baby is having cold and cough then you can also give some home remedies like add very little amount of turmeric in babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon
