Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi usually it happens because of nutritional deficiencies, constipation or indigestion so first, apply turmeric powder or honey on it give soft food to eat give curd, green veggies more avoid giving RO water keep your child well hydrated
