Look the basic concept behind flathead is when you keep making your child sleep at a particular side all the times he becomes Flat or to avoid that don’t make the child sleep on that side for the timely keep shifting to other two positions and when the head retained its shape keep shifting to left right and back and it’s not harmful it’s a normal thing
