A. Weaning a slow process and it is best done gradually. Drop one feed at a time. Day wean first and then night wean. Major health bodies recommend breastfeeding until babies turn 2 years of age.

A. Dear ma’am, you can continue breastfeeding as long as you and your kid wants to. However if you have decided to stop breastfeeding then do so gradually by reducing one feed at a time so that your kid gets adjusted to the new routine.
