Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl11 months agoA. hi it can be result of milk particales accumulation or fungal infection you may clean it using clean cotton clothe or guaze pad. warp a clean ,damp washcloth around your finger and gently wipe the baby's tongue . do this after each fedding
