Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily or bio oil massage regularly Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
