A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing thes tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruitss for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. hi parent walk more after six months you may start yogasan and pranayam take sunbathing daily walj morr avoid maida and packaged food
