SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly check the urine count. Baby should pass urine 6 to 8 times in a day that means baby is taking enough feed and baby is well hydrated. If the urine count is less than six times in a day you need to check for the top feed with your paediatrician.
Usually newborn babies will get double the birth weight by six months that is every month they gain around 500 g. So make sure to exclusively breastfeed once in every two hours and burp your baby well after every feed. Every day massage with coconut oil and give bath. Coconut oil keeps the skin nourished and also helps in body growth. Use lukewarm water to give bath and after bath make sure to apply moisturiser. Avoid using powders. Since summer has started used in soft cotton clothes. Make sure the room is ventilated.Write Your Answer Here
