A. Hi, since your baby is two years old you can start giving all type of food which is made at home. But make sure it is less oil and less spicy. Instead of sugar use jaggery. Instead of oil use ghee. Always give home-made food which are best for kids. 8 AM-breakfast and milkshake 11 AM-any fruit 1 PM-Khichdi or Dal rice and vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-milk shakes, soup,Fruit juice 7 PM-Upma, Idli.Always give lukewarm water while feeding anything. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of vegetables and fruits and pulses in a week.Write Your Answer Here
