#asktheexpert how to make baby sleep early.she is getting up at 10am again day full she is playing and sleeping only at 12.30am.

A. hello parent ur kid 2 yr old, avoid sleep in the mrng hours involve inplayful activities, at night keep light dim and noiseless early by 9 pm , keep room warm and cosy
