#asktheexpert How to maintain nutrition for my two year old son. I feel his food habits does not meet his growth requirements

A. Dear mum, to maintain nutrition of your 2 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give 5 to 6 meals a day. You can give eggs and non veg foods Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
