SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. Belts are not good idea.. Avoid belts. These are of no use and don't give your that good results. It gives more pressure to uterus and leads to other side effects in future. If you still wish to use go for good brands like tynor or mee mee. And use for less time mean wear it in intervals. You can even use shapewears when your out of you want to esnre that belly looks small.
