Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that don't use vehicles for short distance. walk , walk and walk. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours. avoid taking processed oily spicy food in your diet. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it will also help to burn out extra calories. maintain good hygiene.
