PoojaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hey Mamma, Drink lactonic granules with milk twice a day also add daliya in your diet.. In my case m finding positive result with this and ofcourse try to take good rest.. hope it helps

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Eat healthy food for best milk production. Breastfeed your baby more often. Pump between feedings also increase breast milk supply. Feed both the sides. Add fenugreek, garlic, jeera into your daily diet. Thank you.
