Q.

#asktheexpert how to know my 3 month old is getting enough breastfeefing milk... he gained just 100gm in 15 days.. I am worried... what to do if he is not getting enough milk from breastfeeding.. how should I feed him for his proper growth...how can I increase the flow of milk

A. Hi Signs that your baby is getting enough breastmilk 1. passes urine more than 6 times a day 2.weight gain of 400 to 500 gm in a month 3 is happy after the feed. doesnot keep crying plot baby's growth in a growth chart for ideal tracking of growth
