AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom As ur baby is 1.6 year old, make ur baby learn few things, then they start to speak after you. What ever vegetables, fruits u give tell the names, encourage to say bye bye, Tata, fan, dog cow by showing it. This way baby will learn to speak
